Return and Refund Policy

Can I return a part that I purchased from your website?

Maybe your ordered the wrong part, or maybe you ordered too many, no problem!  You can submit for a refund by following the steps below:

All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) obtained by contacting the email address:  contact@hdpartshouse.com.

You will receive an RGA, along with return instructions, via email. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Restocking fees are 20% of the actual product price (less taxes) and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their package. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new and in salable condition and cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Credit cannot be issued if the part has been installed, misused, or in and unsalable condition. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.

When will I get my refund for the returned part?

Your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Your credit will be issued against the original credit card which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
